A male genital piercing. It enters at the side of the frenum and travels
to exit at the top of the glands.
In the Karma Sutra, the term Apadravya refers to any
form of vaginally stimulating device. Among the Dravidian people of
South India the word also refers to a device worn through the pierced
penis. The piercing was done vertically through the penis, usually
behind the gland of the penis. The piercing today is normally done
through the glands.
