- Body Piercing Age Requirements
- Piercing Clients under the age of 18 are limited to above the waist procedures. All Piercing Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All Body Piercing Clients are required to have positive identification. Parents or Guardians of piercing clients are also required to have positive identification. Guardians must have proof of Guardianship.
Positive identification includes:
Birth Certificate with Social Security Card
Local School I.D.
State I. D.
License
Passport
EBT Card
Insurance Card with Social Security Card
